[Resolved] Flipkart — my account is blocked by flipkart | |||||
My flipkart id is [protected]@gmail. My account block by flipkart and reason is i am purchased item from flipkart in this sale for selling purpose. I request to flipkart to know how to block my aacount without any notification. But every time same answer by flipkart... Our team is observed your account and move to block list. And i am not able to see my previous order and current order... And senior executive say to me your are not access your aacount anyhow lifetime... Verified Support Oct 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
