Flipkart — my flipkart login account was blocked for unnecessary reason and 2 nd hand product was delievered

On[protected], i got a mail saying "your account was blocked due to unusually high number of returns in your purchase history and it also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account" [incident no:in[protected]] and one more [incident no:in[protected]]. One thing i want to make sure that being a genuine customer to flipkart, i never violated flipkart rules and regulations. From past 4 years, i returned my product only once. How come flipkart people say that i made high number of returns. On[protected], i made orders worth 5857 rupees, and many of my products which got delivered were very cheap quality products especially bedsheets as their color is fading and prestige deluxe plus cooker with order id:od[protected] which was delivered on[protected] was 2 nd hand product (Already used one). Flipkart is cheating their genuine customers by selling 2 nd hand products to their customers. I have all the proofs of that 2nd hand prestige deluxe plus cooker and when customers found this cheap trick of flipkart and raise their concern, this cheap business minded flipkart people blocking such kind of customer's login account so that they cannot raise their concern. I raised this concern in twitter, but i am not getting any kind of proper response. I am daily sending mails to flipkart, but none of them are properly addressing my issue and they just copy paste the same email and send it back to me. I wonder whether this flipkart support people are illiterate or what? So, i request you to unblock my flipkart account and return this 2 nd hand products which was delivered to me.

They just copy and paste the same Email Repeatedly and sending back to me.They are not listening to my problem and concern. They are not sending me the purchase history of My orders instead they send same email back to me.They cheated me by sending second hand products and cheap quality products and now I am not able to return them because they blocked my account.I did not return multiple orders which they alleged me as I made high number of returns.I am a genuine customer and I never violated Flipkart Regulations.They are cheating me and they are not even properly responding to me in Twitter and Email as well.I want Grievance Officers to take care of this issue and provide me better Resolution.I have already posted Flipkart cheap tricks in my complaint and once again I am updating you the reckless behaviour of Flipkart.

Sir/Madam, It's been more than 10 days My login account was blocked by Flipkart.I received 2 nd hand products and proofs for this has been already mentioned in my complaint and whenever I tried to raise my concern, they blocked me for foolish reason and fake reason which I already mentioned in my complaint.Till today none of them responded me properly.They once again send me the same email which from past 10 days they are sending back to me.Being a comman man, I am not able to raise my voice on Flipkart Hegemony and please provide me resolution as soon as possible.

Sir its been more than 40 days, none of the Flipkart CUSTOMER support called me.They are very reckless to solve my issue.They are not responding to me in Twitter also and when I called CUSTOMER care support people they are repeatedly saying that issue will be escalated and will be resolved within 48 hours.But it's been more than 45 days they did not solve my issue.And on 2 July, 2020 Flipkart support people mentioned in above as "We will revert on it" but they are not even caring .
