[Resolved]  Flipkart — My phone was locked by flipkart even after paying the total amount

I bought my phone in April 2021 adopting to flipkart smart upgrade plan. They locked my phone on April 24 2022 for not paying the remaining amount. The reason for not repaying was also the error I am getting in flipkart app which they didn't resolve even until now. But they sent me a payu link through which I had done the payment on May 16th 2022. But even until today they didn't unlock the phone. Whenever I call them they extend the time to 24 - 48 hrs to get it resolved. but they didn't resolve it until now.
