[Resolved] Flipkart — my product of panasonic hair dryer | |||||
I ordered a panasonic hair dryer on 31st of may and the assured delivery date was 2nd of june. On the day of delivery i got delay in delivery message and the next assured delivery date was given as 4th of june. Still now i haven't received my product nor any fruitful update of the status of my product from the flipkart team.in spite of repeated calls and escalations they are not able to give me any recent update from their logistic end (Their own ekart logistics) and just asking me to wait, continuously postponing the delivery and issue resolution dates.in the order tracking page too there has been no updates after 4th of june and in the last status the location of the hub where the order reached was only 4km away from my home. I feel helpless as the same product is out of stock and not available in any other websites. Was this information helpful? | |||||
