Flipkart — My return order product is yet not delivered

Hi Team, I am new seller on Flipkart. Customer has returned the product but my product is yet not delivered. Still showing in Flipkart dashboard in transit. Now Flipkart is not taking any responsibility. They denied to deliver this product. They don't have any tracking of my product.

I am lossing appox 9.5 k

So can you please help me on this.
