[Resolved] Flipkart — my return pick up was scheduled on 22/06/2020 but never picked up till now | |
I have been very old customer of flipkart. Please refer order id od[protected]. My return pick up was scheduled on 22/06/2020 but never picked up till now. I have been given issue resolution date 6 times already till date. Flipkart customer care executives are clueless. Already many orders are delivered and returns also picked up. But my return never picked up. Flipkart customer care executives are clueless, useless. They are authorised just to engage you and waste your time. No information and no authority is given to them. I tried to connect with flipkart more than 50 times in these many days. But only i wasted my time. Flipkart team on their own will never give any update. All the time i have to call after passing of each resolution date. They will come all the time with new resolution date just for sake of delaying.
