[Resolved] Flipkart — need guidelines to re-activate my account | |||||
Hello there, My name is ravi makwana. I have been using flipkart from many years now and had ordered several items from there and i am a very genuine customer. Before a month i ordered a mobile during a flash sale. But they cancelled my order. After several phone calls and emails they told me that my account has been deactivated due to irregularities in my payment methods. As far as i remember there is no such issues form my side. Now i cant login to my account from past several days. So i request flipkart personnel to please look in matter and suggest my the steps to reactivate my account again. I need my account back as the order other items without making other account as i use only one sim card. So to make new account i need another mobile number which i dont have. Actually, they're accepted my return request but they didn't send me a guy to take out the item. They gave me a date too, before 20. Aug. 2018. And no Still. Please do help
