[Resolved] Flipkart — need refund instead of product replacement | |||
Hi team, Very bad experience with flipkart this time. I am regular buyer from flipkart online. I never return the products after purchase but this time when i do not like the product with bad quality now want to take refund you guys are now teaching me t&c. Very bad emprastion. You guys are now start making fool to customer by showing hidden wordings. Not good, so its humble request refund for order no. 'od[protected]' after product taking back. Verified Support Jan 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding product defective and looking for refund, we interacted with customer and informed that as per seller policy replacement can be provided if there is defect in the product he agreed hence closing the case from our team
