[Resolved] Flipkart — need replacement of of product purchased from flipkart (defect flagged within 10 days as per policy and norms) | |||||
Order no: od[protected], Order date: tue, oct 17th ’17 8:15 pmi Item: ks chairs Replacement was approved, initiated and subsequently confirmed with numerous phone calls. Just discovered from your website that the replacement proceedings were cancelled, without stating any reason. The incident: item was received and installed by the concerned technician, wherein there was a cracked bolt inside the chair. Immediately after the technician went when the chair was use, the bolt fell apart. Technician came and assessed the bolt and informed that the same was defective and the chair warrants replacement. This is so disgusting and obnoxious, which compels me to initiate my next step, if no action is taken by the flipkart (Thru vendor) Saibal (Png-north australia) +[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
