[Resolved]  Flipkart — no delivery and then no refund

As you can see in the screenshots, the order was supposed to be delivered by 9th of october but it wasn't delivered even by 14th of october so i had to cancel the order. Now this is a huge sum of money of rs 50000 and given the nature of the transaction i expected to get my refund as soon as possible. But flipkart decided that they won't give my money back until the item reaches back to seller. What kind of nonsense is this. It's not my responsibilitiy to ensure the product reaches the seller. It was flipkart's fault that the product wasn't delivered on time. My refund should have been as soon as possible. You guys have refunded money in the past within a day. So what is the delay now. How long till the product reaches the seller. Next year? Two years after that? Are you planning to steal my money? When will i get my money back?
