Flipkart — No Proper Response for my Compalint | |||
Dear sir/madam We received MOTO G mobile on 23rd July 14 ( Order number: OD[protected]), I was having the problem in the mobile ( Mobile continually booting, not getting start), so I made request to toll free number on 24th morning at 11 AM to replace the mobile. They committee that, our Technical team will solve the issue with in 24 hrs. ( i.e, max 25th July at 11AM), but now it’s more than 50 hrs completed, still they are telling they will call today. I am not happy with Flipkart service, I need the replacement today itself or return the money which I gave to purchase the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
