Dear sir,
Kindly look into this and action pls.
I ramesh kumar mondal purchase a lenovo laptop from flipkart on dt 29.09.2019 with order id - od[protected].
Above 1 month neither shiped my order nor refunded me after many time contact with customer care no solution still.
I want to know why not refund me or why not shiped my order after above 1 month...???
Kindly do needfull as soonn as posssible and take a serious action pls.

Hence, we'd like to set this right by asking seller to refund the amount Rs.19990/- towards your bank account. This amount will reflect in your bank account in 5 business days as seller has initiated the refund on[protected].
