[Resolved] Flipkart — no refund of money | |||
This is the worst experience with Flipkart support team from past 2014 . Recently I have ordered ( OD[protected] a Asus Pro M2 on 15th May but unfortunately the product performance was not meet my expectation ( facing over heating issues ) and decided to return back to Flipkart and so I have decided and place Replacement WRT ID :[protected] After make the return request on 27th May I got the call from Flipkart executive and suggested few troubleshooting steps over the call but still issue is persists. They got escalated to next level and informed me to wait till 3rd June and Technical Team will contact for further advise. On 3rd June no one has contacted me moreover I have contacted the support, they are helpless and not even ready to escalate to next level. Keep on saying wait for few more days and out team will get back to you. On 4th June also same as above .. NO Action was Taken On 5th June, when I called to support they were keep on saying same thing. When I asked to get next level online / talk to me .. for that also they were helpless and saying our seniors / managers are busy .. Flipkart representative / management is always busy they don’t want to talk to the customers and MAKING CUSTOMER FOOLS. At last they confirmed to give the call back but surprisingly I have got an email saying “tried to contact the customer but unable to reach” . Don’t know why am not reachable, all my mobiles are on and working condition. After seeing this message I called to support and asked to arrange call back immediately but no one tried to contact till this time. I got call on 6th June after escalating via Twitter saying Technician will visit on or before 9th June. Today is 9th and business timings also over but no action was taken. I called multiple times today for speed up the process but unfortunately am listing same Flipkart Anthem “Apologies for delay … wait for 24 to 48 hrs and we will get back to you shortly” I don’t know what’s happening ? Why flipkart is unable to REFUND the money after escalation from customer end ? Why multiple teams wants to contact customer instead of taking the item back and refund the money ? This will show clearly your internal team communication gap and your inability in the work you are doing the business only in the brand name but your services is very poor in this kind of the cases. You are only capable to do the work if everything go’s smooth and you are incapable to handle this kind of problems. WILL YOU ABLE TO LOOK INTO IT ASAP ? Was this information helpful? | |||
