[Resolved] Flipkart — No refund of money on cancellation of order for last four months | |||||
I have cancelled a booked order for mobile handset priced rs36900/-. Flipkart costumer care personnel told that my money was refunded and gave me the transaction code also. On enquiry with my bank they told me my amount not credited by flipping as it was a failed transfer transaction. I have sent an e-mail along with a bank statement and a letter from the bank regarding no such transfer being done to my account. Despite my repeated submissions to flipkart there is no response from them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
