Flipkart — No Refund or Cancellation of Samsung product by Flipkart | |||
I have first received the Samsung Galaxy S Duos s7562 product on August 4, 2014 from Flipkart, but there was a problem that when we lock the phone, it's automatically gets switched off. Then I asked for remediation and Technical guys was unable to resolved the issue and hence they confirmed for the replacement. I received the product on August 14, 2014 and the product's seal was already broken. Although I accepted. And at the time of receiving the phone, its battery was 31% and when I checked in night at around 10pm, the battery was still 31%. And within half an hour, the phone gets switched off. Then I charged the phone and switched it on, then its showing 3%, then I thought its display problem. On that night, I charged the phone for 3 hours, and still showing as 3% battery. Next day morning, I keep phone on charging for 2 hours and the battery was still at 3%. I have done with Factory setting (deleting all data and restart), reboot and restart the phone, but all efforts are in vain. Then I called Technical guys to help me out, but they are also unable to resolve the issue. Then I asked of the cancellation of the product. And they are refused to cancel and refund the product.
