[Resolved]  Flipkart — Noise smart watch which I ordered on 1st of October

With full faith in your services. On 1st October i ordered an Noise ColorFit Qube Smart watch. Order ID - OD[protected]. Which was expected to be delivered by 4 of October. But when i checked the status on 4th October it was showing not shipped yet . I called the customer care they promised me to deliver it by 9th of October. Asked me to wait for 5 more days. I wanted to gift this watch to my friend on her birthday which was on 8th of October. But still i was ready to co-operate and instead of cancellation I waited for 5 more days. On 9th of October i was waiting for watch to be delivered but unfortunately again it was showing "not shipped yet". I again contact with customer support and they again requested me to wait for two more days they will deliver it by 11th October for sure. Again I was ready to co-operate and waited for two more day instead of cancellation i chose to wait. But unfortunately today is 11th of October and it is still showing "not shipped yet". And today when i contact with customer support they advised me to cancel your order or wait till 16th of October. But this time i am not in state to co-operate. I do not want to cancel my order because I already waited for 11 days and now i don't want to cancel it. If you are not able to deliver items then please don't accept orders. I called customer care multiple times but i didn't get any solution. I just want to know for how many days should I wait. Don't suffer you customers like this. I have already wasted lots of time for this. I want solution as soon as possible or you can tell me clearly that you can't order this please order it from another site. I have been your customer from so long but this time i am feeling like i will never use this site again in my life. This was the worst experience. And still not getting any solution. P
