Hi..!! I'm himadri. I bought a nokia from flipkart. I received the parcel with damage condition (Ekart delivery person is the big witness of mine). So i face multiple problems with the handset like charging problem, power key damage, minor scratches and crack.. So initially i registered a replacement with charging problem issue and called to flipkart and elaborate my full handset condition... They promised me to replacement but rejected 7 times and harrassing me continuously.. They sent technician for solve charging issue not for damage item.. So i refused him then they behaved very bad to me... I'm a flipkart plus member.. My email id is ([protected]@gmail.com) phn. No.[protected]... Nov 14, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart cheated me by sending damage product and mentally harassing me by delaying my replacement... Everytime they called and told that please provide us 48 hours and we will resolve your problem but they didn't ...I will not leave you flipkart...you cannot harrassment me as you are doing...I will not leave you...and they are marked here as resolved complain which they didn't... Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 31, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
