[Resolved]  Flipkart — non delivery of item ordered with advance payment

I ordered 400 grams california almonds with flipkart and paid an amount of rs.435 they my debit card at the time of ordering. I was informed that delivery would be on 9th september. However as neither the item nor any communication was received from flipkart, i followed up and was told that delivery would be effected on 13th september. I kept checking the order status on the flipkart app and was shocked to see the status as "delivered" on 12th september, though no delivery was made. I immediately took up the issue through the call facility and was told that the issue would be resolved by 18th september.in spite of my repeated calls and email detailing the issue, and request to return my money if they were unable to supply, the item has not been received till date and no communication regarding delivery nor refund of money has been received from flipkart.
