[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of order on time

Please note i have placed an order of sanyo tv in the name of capt satish karamdhikar from mobile no [protected]. The register email address is [protected]@yahoo.co. Uk. The order id - od[protected]. The order was placed on 19/12/2017. That time it was told the delivery will be done on 26/12/2017. The same has not being done till date.in the mean time i have registered complaint three times to your customer care number. Every time they are telling that it has technical problem and the delivery will be done at the earliest. Fail to understand if you are not able to deliver on time why take the order in first place especially when the full payment has been done. Please revert back the status to my register email address and copy to my this address. Waiting for your reply.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised the complaint regarding product delivery delay, we have interacted with customer and confirmed whether product got delivered he told yes, but he himself collected the product from logistic partner because of too much delay and unhappy with the service provided from our end apologized and noted as feedback hence closing the case from our team.
