[Resolved]  Flipkart — non delivery of original specified product

Complain

I have order no. Od[protected] dtd 05.08.17 for seven queen sized double bedsheet along with two pillow covers. When the delivery was made on 09.08.2017 it was found that only one bed sheet along with 2 pillow covers was delivered. Then i have made a complaint number[protected] dated 09/08/2017 with your executive mr. Manoj and he has assured that the original product containing 7 bedsheet and two pillow covers will be delivered by 15/08/2017. Today on 13.08.2017, once again item containing only one bedsheet wth two pillow covers came. I have immediately contacted your executive mr. Abhisek for the same, what he has told that only refund option is available with him, nothing can be done for the replacement. I have told him that the product what was originally ordered, is not being delivered. But he was telling that i have no other option. Then i have requested him to connect the phone to your senior, he has forwarded the call, but no one lift the call and after some time, the call was disconnected. I think, if the senior is not lifting the phonethen he should have told me that at present he can not be contacted, i certaintly have tried later. At this juncture, i do not have any option other than to say the courior person to take the product with a note of complain to you. After some time a message has come that you have rejected the product.
Sir, i am not getting that why i am not being provided the product what i have been ordered and the next one is, your
Executive mr. Manoj has only promised that you will get the original ordered, then what is the problem now? The word rejection comes when the product what has been originally ordered will be delivered. Still i am interested in the product, only i am not getting that why i am not being delivered the original promised product. Your kind attention and a word of advice is needed towards the matter.
