[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of product refrigerator | |||
I had ordered a refrigerator from flipkart on an exchange of old refrigerator. On day of delivery the e-kart person declined for exchange of old refrigerator saying the refrigerator should be of a new condition (I had clearly ticked 10 year old at the time of purchase). I had called flipkart to raise my issue. The flipkart told the issue will be resolved with in 3 days. But on the third day the issue was closed saying refrigerator has been delivered. Then i again contacted flipkart. They told me they will resolved the issue in another 3 days. But on the 6th day person from flipkart called me and said they wanted another 2 days to locate the refrigerator. I had made full payment for the refrigerator. Now when i ask them to refund my money and don't want to be in this mess anymore, the reply was refund is possible only when they located my product. I am waiting for past 15 for the refrigerator after paying the full amount upfront. My suggestion is avoid buying from flipkart or make cod, even if have any offer on cards. Flipkart is worst in maintaining it's logistics. Was this information helpful? | |||
