[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of product the order | |||
I have order the moblie phone on flipkart, which was support to be delivery on 10th march 2018. but still now it not delivery. also if i call the customer care. these are not giving or support with the proper information. also these are cutting the call saying that we are transferring the call to senior. also these are saying that some problem with Ekart logistics. but i do know who is Ekart. what is the link with Customer. i have made the payment to flipkart. flipkart has to solve the issue. where flipkart is not taking the responsibility. instead of flipkart backend team is call me and asking me to cancel the order and place a new order. which i have done for first order. on second order also i am facing the same.
