[Resolved] Flipkart — non installation of mi full hd smart led tv | |||
I have ordered a mi full hd smart led tv on 2nd sept which was delivered to me on 6th sept. And i have taken appointment for demo/installation of the same on 7th sept. And taken half day leave from my office for that but your engineer for installation neither reached at home nor even call me. When i have called to your customer care executive regarding the issue. The customer care executive told me to wait till 12th sept. However the instructions has given by flipkart to install the tv within 48 hrs after delivery and the same will be completed on 8th sept. I have planned installation of tv on weekends. I can't taken further leave from my office for that purpose. If installation of tv will not done by 8th sept i am forced to return the tv. You are requested to please look into the matter and arrange to install the tv by 8th sept. Was this information helpful? | |||
