I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 on 6/10/14. The order nu was OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 9999. It was scheduled to deliver on 18/10 but they extended it upto 24/10 but when i called them because of not deliver on respective date then they told me to wait till 30/10. During this period there was no updates regarding product from Flipkart side. Even Flipkart agent also can't get me the exact location of product. On 28/10 customers agent called me and told that my order has been missed by them and can't deliver and have to cancel this. They canceled the order and insure me to refund upto 6/11. Again they are not able to refund me on given date and date extended to 12/1. Again they are not refunded me and extended to 20/11. On 14/11 i got my cash back to my a/c. But i have faced a lot of irresponsibility from there side and called several time. I want proper consolation money and have to pay me the 15 days interest. Plz take strong actions.
