[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to pay the bill of paylater | |||||
I am unable to pay the bill of paylater which is Rs.729/- because I am unable to access my Flipkart account so send me some other link from where I can pay and Flipkart team is not listening and sending me humiliating messages please resolve my issue I am facing this problem since December continuously I am contacting, I want to pay but where do I pay because I am unable to access my account I request you to please provide me some link other than accessing my account from where I can pay the bill of paylater and please resolve it Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 28, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Mar 28, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating her account is blacklisted and wants to make payment, we have interacted with the customer and informed that once account was whitelisted to make payment but the payment was not made so account was blocked again & also informed she will be receiving call or notification from payments team to make payment, customer agreed. Hence closing complain from our end.
