[Resolved] Flipkart — Not accept return request | |||||
I order a SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV k4000. When I receive the product so I found that there is no wall mount is available in box and picture quality of tv is not as expected so I want it to get a refund so I can order better picture quality. After that, I call customer care of Flipkart and I tell that I'm want to give this back and as a replacement, I want to get newer version but they said you have to must take same model Was this information helpful? | |||||
