Flipkart — not accepting my return/refund request

Hi,
I purchased a dslr from flipkart. Soon after the product arrived we initiated a return request as it was looking like a duplicate product. Also the seal of the product was broken. We raised the request on time when it was well within the returnable date range. They initially denied the request saying that the reason is incorrect. On contacting them over call, customer care representative told that he is raising it back on my behalf and will be taken care in 48hrs. We waited for 3-4 days but din't received any call. Now they are saying that it has crossed 10 days time period thereby exceeding the time period of return.

We request you to create a new return request with the right reason so that the seller can assist you with this. hence, we are closing this complaint from our end.

I've raised the request two times and both the times you guys have cancelled it by saying that the reason request is not valid. Now I am not getting any option to return as it has already exceeded 10 days time. This is a great way to delay the process and then deny it basis of your 10 days rule.
The product is received is looking duplicate, also the seal was broken so I raised a request of return by selecting "Different product received". Let me know in which category it will fall.
