Flipkart — not accepting my return/refund request | |||
Hi, I purchased a dslr from flipkart. Soon after the product arrived we initiated a return request as it was looking like a duplicate product. Also the seal of the product was broken. We raised the request on time when it was well within the returnable date range. They initially denied the request saying that the reason is incorrect. On contacting them over call, customer care representative told that he is raising it back on my behalf and will be taken care in 48hrs. We waited for 3-4 days but din't received any call. Now they are saying that it has crossed 10 days time period thereby exceeding the time period of return. Was this information helpful? | |||
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Megha, We are sorry to let you know that the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request as the reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect. We request you to create a new return request with the right reason so that the seller can assist you with this. hence, we are closing this complaint from our end. | |||
