[Resolved]  Flipkart — not coming for pickup to return a product

Respected sir/ma'am,
I had placed an order and wasn't satisfied with the product as the product was completely different from the description and had requested for return of the product and haven't received any reply from your side so i request you for the refund and return of product. So please take the issue into consideration.

I have ordered different coloured lipsticks pack of 9 by seeing in the flipkart app...but i have recived same coloured pack...i tried contacting flipkart people but they are saying ..that product has no return policy and we can't help
