Hi, i'm a Plus Member of Flipkart and i'm an old user. I've recently Ordered a Cellphone (iPhone 13) on 22nd Sep 2022 and Flipkart promised me to delivered by the date of 27th Sep 2022 but they didn't delivered the product and committed a 2nd date 3rd Oct 2022 i waited that long too and now they failed again and the problem is they are saying that product is shipped but delivery tracking id shows that pick has not done it's pending. They are faking it since beginning and i need the product very soon because i'm a working guy (Motion Graphics Designer) and without cellphone my work is useless and i can't earn. i've invested my whole money on this product and waiting since 22nd Sep 2022. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 08, 2022 Updated by Nautanki_Sharma I still didn't receive my device and now Flipkart is not taking my calls. they are not responding. They are fake that's why they don't have answer.
