[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting replacement or refund either | |||
I had purchased a phone from flipkart through net banking. After using it for a day a faced lot of problems and felt to replace it as these problems are not generally associated with this product primarily. So i placed a return request, but the flipkart team said that return & replacement would be done simultaneously only after a technician visit, so i co-operated with them. But no tech visit was done and accordingly my return request was cancelled. So, again i pleaded for a return request & again no response from tech visit team and eventually my return request got rejected. This above phenomenon has been repeated almost over 4-5 times & the only result here is rejection of my return request. Almost 15-16 times i called flipkart & they said they will solve my problem but till now no solution provided. Its almost 1.5 months now and the problem has only worsen over time. Specified problems we're battery over heating, discharging rapidly, hanging issues, laggy performance. I pray to the concern authority to please look in to this matter as a loyal customer is facing lots of issues and life threatening conditions (Battery over heating) after paying 14k.
