I am writing this complaint after talking to the customer care of FLIPKART atleast 5 times. The app shows that they have refunded my money, but my bank statement shows no account of it. It was a order of ₹484/-, out of which, ₹434 were to be received in my bank account and the balance were to be received in my PAYTM wallet. I have received neitjer of the amounts. It has happened atleast 3 times to me. You people have notjing in name of customer care, no mail id, no reliable contact number. It really sad to see such a big institute's defamation because of some ill trained presonals. I would never suggest anyone to buy from Flipkart.
