[Resolved] Flipkart — not provided replacement service from 2 months | |||||
My brother ordered tv in july 2018 and they delivered in aug. The man who installed it open the box and we saw all glass of it broken then he took the pictures of it and gone away. Then brother call customer service and said cancelled ordered but they said it is not possible bit we replaced it. Brother said ok. But till now they didn't provide any service to replace tv. My brother called so much time and every time they said we are doing, we are doing from last 30 days. Very poor service by flipkart. Its shameful.
