[Resolved] Flipkart — not receiving my product after 3rd retry | |
I have ordered redmi note 7 pro from flipkart 3rd times. First time it get cancelled automatically same time and amount get deducted. Than i ordered 2nd time after waitng delivery time i received mesaage that my order is delayed, i ask flipkart customercare 3-4 times they told me your order is misrouted, i ask them to not cancel the product and delver it after delivery date and same has been assured by them but they cancelled my product (Reasons seller has cancelled). Again i ordered the same product 3rd time and ask flipkart to provide same offer but they refused, than i ask to deliver it on time still they aasured me but still product is delyed. One of my friend ordered same item from same location and same has been delivered. I am unable to receive my product till now. Its seems they are making fool to customers.
