[Resolved] Flipkart — not refunding the money after non delivery of the product | |||
I ordered a product durafit strong treadmill of amount rs 34599 on 16th sep. My first delivery date was given 28th sep but i didnt get the delivery on time. After that after several calls i was given the next delivery date as 6th october. Again it was not delivered and again they provieded 10th oct as the next delivery date. But till date i have not received my product. And even after getting the confirmation from the seller (Durafit) and one of the senior officials from flipkart, they are not refunding me the money and have rejected my refund request. I ordered Lenovo K8 Plus. I received a damaged product. When i requested for return, it was accepted but later after 4 days, the return request closed just before the return timeline. And flipkart is not providing me return.
