[Resolved] Flipkart — not return and refund

I ordered oppo f11 pro mobile phone from flipkart i wanted to have a birthday gift my besty, next day some how my besty face an accident and now it's no more, that's why i wanted to return this product and refund my money. Instantly i raised a request to flipkart to return the product but there is no option to return only replacement option will be there then i called up flipkart toll free number and told my problems they said our senior team will call u and shortly resolve the problems. Today i received a call from flipkart they say only sorry our policy is not refund the money just say sorry. Please understand my situation and refund my money back.
I have no use this product because i have already real me 2 phone also ordered from flipkart last two months before, thanks and regards

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product delivered to the customer is the same as ordered and there is no defect or damage in the product, due to which the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
