[Resolved] Flipkart — not returning the product (data cable) | |||
I had ordered a data cable of rs 229 On 25 sept 2019 which i got on 29 sept 2019 having order id: od[protected] and Invoice no: faabm[protected]. This data cable is not working any more in just only 7 days.. Then i have requested for refund under return policy but flipkart has rejected my return request and closed return request policy. Perhaps return policy was up to 9 oct 2019 and i have requested under the return policy date. Please help me to get rid of this problem. Flipkart is cheating and not returning the product. Nov 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 15, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Dec 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that there is an issue with product delivered . We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 29 Nov 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
