[Resolved] Flipkart — not yet received my redmi k20 phone - od[protected] | |
I ordered a redmi k20 from flipkart and paid for it in advance as well. I was supposed to recieve the product on 10th aug and i can see that the phone has reached the nearest flipkart hub to me on 10th aug and yet i still haven't recieved it. Customer care representative has assured me that i will recieve the phone by aug15 and i can't wait that long. It is sad that i didnt even recieve a notification for the delay and that i had to contact customer service to get the update. Was this information helpful? | |
