I would like to raise a complaint against flipkart for offering only replacement for mobile The product which i ordered doesn't have good camera, camera clarity is not as described in the website Even though product is replaced, camera clarity remains same for the replaced product Here the problem is camera clarity, how can you force the customer to take the same product by offering only replacement policy? I would like to go for some good camera phone having more mega pixel camera I request you to refund the amount Please don't force and trouble customers by offering only replacement policy I want to take this further till my refund is initiated Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that there is an issue with product delivered . We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 17 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
