I would like to raise a complaint against flipkart for offering only replacement for mobile
The product which i ordered doesn't have good camera, camera clarity is not as described in the website
Even though product is replaced, camera clarity remains same for the replaced product
Here the problem is camera clarity, how can you force the customer to take the same product by offering only replacement policy?
I would like to go for some good camera phone having more mega pixel camera
I request you to refund the amount
Please don't force and trouble customers by offering only replacement policy
I want to take this further till my refund is initiated
