[Resolved]  Flipkart — OD[protected]. Grocery

I have ordered grocery for my relative for first time only for them through my flipkart app. Vide order no : OD[protected]
Delivery time scheduled for today by flipkart 3.30 p.m to 10.40 p.m whereas in the mentioned time tracking status showing out for delivery Timm 10.30 p.m and no delivery person contact detail mentioned nor any msg for delay delivery given .
Only at 7.03 p.m one mail reached to me that there is some unforeseen issue delivery will delay but in flipkart app still showing out for delivery and no contact showing of delivery person.
This is very ridiculous and pathetic service by flipkart and after 7.03 p.m no mail nor any call came to me for delivery will jot done today when I called customer care to know the status of my order then customer care saying that delivery will not happened.
Unprofessional, ridiculous, weird, worst service I have ever seen at flipkart.
If my product not delivered then pls arrange to refund my amount with compensation for delay from Flipkart end for casual and unprofessional approach.
Flipkart always asking money in advance but not taking any responsibility for product a very good customer I really didn't expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach from Flipkart.
Anyway please refund back my transaction charges alongwith compensation for delay delivery and for worst and unprofessional approach within next 2 days otherwise I will bound to make complain against flipkart in consumer forum and PM GRIEVANCE CELL .
