HiI had purchased micromax canvas nitro from flipkart with details below:Order ID: OD[protected] Item)Seller: SyberPlaceOrder Date: 22 February, 2015 9:40 PMAmount Paid: Rs. 11599 through e-Gift Voucher, Credit cardSoon as I got the product I realized there was some problem in the handset like brightness was dim in auto brightness mode, touch was giving some problem and also GPS was not functioning properly.I made a return req to the seller, but he declined saying that you need to reset your handset. I had done that too but no result.Today I visited Micromax authorized service center as well, they also checked the device and are saying they need to replace this handset and new handset you will get in 45 days.Please find the scanned copy of Micromax care receipt for verification.I do not to be without mobile phone for 45 days.Please intervene and do the needful.
