[Resolved] Flipkart — onida washing machine failed delivery

Order was delayed by more than 10 days. Apparently order delivery attempt was made and failed. But as a consumer, i wasn't informed about the delivery attempt. When i called customer care, they cancelled the order without my confirmation. Multiple attempts to contact the company has been made but they do not provide effective answers. They just keep saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours but hasn't been resolved till now.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product is not delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed him that order has been cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. We requested the customer to place a fresh order. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
