Sir, I ordered a phone from flipkart at 5th april but till now i have not got it’s delivery. And there’s executive is miscommunicating me. Pls solve it as soon as possible and inform me. When i talk to there’s executive then they given me wrong information about delivary. My delivary date was 10april and till now i have not got it. Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer that the seller has confirmed the refund of the order has been completed on April 18, 2018. Requested customer to place a fresh order for the product. Closing the complaint from our end.

I have Order kids sandal for my son & due to larger size I have requested to exchange me smaller size.now because of MRP TAG missing they told that we can replace your shoes. it's very pathetic.Order no for flipkartOD[protected].
