Flipkart didn’t comply committed delivery date after several commitments. Flipkart customer care is totally irresponsible and given wrong information every time. Worst service from flipkart. Phone supposed to receive on 4 th but till date no surety when the phone will delivered. Please send the phone as earliest with penalty amount for delay. Verified Support Dec 30, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has was delayed by the courier service provider due to unforeseen logistics issues. However, the customer has requested for the cancellation of the order due to the delay and the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 13, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer bank account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
