Flipkart didn’t comply committed delivery date after several commitments. Flipkart customer care is totally irresponsible and given wrong information every time. Worst service from flipkart. Phone supposed to receive on 4 th but till date no surety when the phone will delivered. Please send the phone as earliest with penalty amount for delay. [protected]

Still date I have not received any communication from Flipkart. Flipkart is cheating with customers & fooling with worthless response. Kindly take severe action against them.Already many days passed but flipkart is not at all worry about their mistake & doing same regularly.

One more commitment failed by Flipkart.This is totally ridiculous.Now new commitment given by 11th oct. God only save Flipkart .This attitude definitely going to hamper their business soon.Senior management of Flipkart should see seriously these matters.Hopeless # fake company.

11 days over . Still flipkart has no ideal about status of product. No tracking details available. Sick customer care. Hopeless so called concerned team. Waste ekart courior service. Complains also does not matter anymore to flipkart. Only thing pending to communicate Flipkart CEO intimating about their worthless employees.God Save Flipkart

Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has was delayed by the courier service provider due to unforeseen logistics issues. However, the customer has requested for the cancellation of the order due to the delay and the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 13, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer bank account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
