Flipkart — Oppo reno6 5G delivery problem | |
I had ordered a product(Oppo reno6 5G) on flipkart big diwali sale which order id is OD[protected] dated 16 oct'2021 and the expected delivery date was 22nd Oct. Since i had to go for a official trip on 23oct so my expectation was order to be delivered on time so I could take my new phone while trip, but till the 22oct my product was not shipped, then I tried to contacted flipkart customer support executive and after several trial, I could get connected to them and they said, due to some technical issue my shipping status has not been updated and they promised "product will be delivered before the timeline, don't be tensed we have raised a compliant ticket against this inconvenience " so I trusted them and waited whole day(22 oct) but when next day(23oct) I checked the shipping status, that was as same as the last day, then I again tried to connect customer care since on that day i had to go for my trip and again after multiple try I connected to them and explained, my product has not been shipped yet since yesterday from flipkart customer support executive had promised me to deliver my product by today only but they answered, your product has not been shipped yet due to delay by some factors and the product will be delivered by 27 oct and also told, we have raised a complaint on this delay. After getting disappointment, I again trusted on them by assuming to get the delivery on extended date(27 oct), but today(25oct) I got a email and a text from flipkart that "We are sorry that your order for OPPO Reno6 5G (Aurora, 128 GB) was cancelled by the seller as there was a prolonged delay in the delivery of your order and they did not want to keep you waiting. " whereas on my oreder section showing like "delivery between oct 22 and fri oct 29" then again I tried to connect them but not getting connected through call on given helpline number[protected] after multiple tries and after multiple request on "need help" section I got a call from flipkart, again I explained about the today's mail and previous conversations they told they do not have any update on this then I requested to forward this call to senior executive but they denied. I am really frustrated by this flipkart experience, not getting any genuine response from customer support care and on the current price of the phone is not affordable for me I had purchased the phone on sale session(ordered price was Rs24, 240).
