[Resolved] Flipkart — order automatically canceled on big billion days | |||||
I had ordered 10 apparels from flipkart on 9th oct, 2018 (Order number - od[protected]. I have received 4 out of them today. After sometime the order of all the apparels got cancelled and the delivered items reflected the return request with the message that "the shipment is cancelled/return requested by you". But i haven't initiated any return request or cancelled any item. When i called the customer service they replied that the seller has cancelled the order and they can't do anything. This is a highly unexpected and irresponsible behavior shown by flipkart. This occurred during the big billion day by flipkart on 10th october 2018 Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now you are convincing me over call to reorder the product when it is either out of stock or price has increased.
I just don't care about any technical error of seller. I ordered the product at flipkart and flipkart is responsible to deliver the product to me.
Is this type of "Buyer's Protection" you maintain??
