[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancel without my confirmation

I ordered the aristocat photon strolly 65 360 tbl luggage check in 25 inch product from flipcart as cash on delevery but delivery boy not ready to give the home delivery and ask to come to another location and pick up the same product now flipcart saying the they cancel the delivery due to failed delivery attempt, there is no way to understand this because delivery boy never came on my delivery address ask to came another location which is 30 km long from my town, i called to flip cart multiple time and they also commit delivery up to monday 27 may 2019. I want compression for this type of mental harassment.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order has been cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order has been cancelled by the courier service provider due to unforeseen reasons. Also, feedback has been noted. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

Ordered G shock Casio mud master watch (worth of 13000 apprx) from Flipkart (Order ID: OD[protected] and I received a fake product and upon raising refund or replacement of the product Flipkart is not responding from last 8 days.
