[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancellation and extra charge | |||
I placed an order with flipkart and they just went ahead and cancelled the order without any notification. Now they are asking me to buy the product again saying they have refunded the amount, but now the price has bumped up by couple of grands. I was not at any fault in this process. They made me wait for the product and now they are asking em to pay more. Tried reaching out to the customer care, even spoke to the customer care supervisor. All they had to say that they cant do anything. This is highly disappointing and frustrating from a consumer perspective. I am looking forward for flipkart to help me out with this inconvenience.
