[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled by them | |||||
Order id - od[protected] I ordered a hard disk (Wd my passport 4tb) on 8th oct 2017 they sent me an email of order confirmation. On 13th oct 2017 they cancelled it and when i asked them they said the seller has cancelled it without giving me any valid reason. There is no coordination between flipkart and sellers. They behaved very unprofessionally when i asked them for the valid reason. They asked me to place the order again when the price is high. I never cancelled the order it's their responsibility to complete the order. I want them to complete the order at the same price i ordered it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
