I placed Table Tennis order on 2nd May.
Item Received in the Nearest hub on 3rd may, but courier guy recklessly saying item is heavy so i cant able to deliver it to you.
I complained to flipkart cc and they said it will delivered to you next day 4th may. But i didnt got till now. Again i contacted cc they said it will resolve by 10th may. so i waited till now.
But on 9th may ( today) i got cancellation email from seller due to delayed delivery.
Who is responsible for cancellation ?
1. Its EKart courier guy who denied to deliver my item due to item heavy, take action against him
2. Flipkart customer care who didnt take any action to deliver my product
So i reuest flipkart that please attempt delivery of my item
