[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled without any permission from user | |||
I ordered a Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 130 Core i5 8th Gen) on 02-Nov-2018 with order id :- OD[protected], during diwali discount offers and paid 27379 INR using my credit card. The order was in way and status was showing it has reached in one of our nearby Courier center but they were not delivering it even after 4 to 5 days. Then suddenly on 12-Nov-2018, they changed the order status to "CANCELLED". I was surprised that how they can cancel my order without any cancellation request from my side. Then i contacted FLIPKART customer care. Instead of giving any me satisfactory answer they are saying that we will issue a refund. Here matter is that I don't want any refund instead I want my ordered product delivered to me. The reason behind this FRAUD might be the increase in the price of the product after the sale ends. Now FLIPKART and / or Seller (RetailNet) might want to earn more profit by taking reorder from my side at higher selling price. I want to request to "Consumer Complaints" Forum to help me to get my product (Lenovo Ideapad 130 Core i5 8th Gen) back at the same cost which i paid earlier because there is nothing wrong at my side.
